Rainbow cakes are perfect for base work for a huge range of designs. They are used with a flat brush or sponge and create beautifully blended designs all with one stroke. Rainbow Cake colour combinations are designed to highlight and low light all with one container. Silly Farm has over 20 different combinations of rainbow cakes to help speed up your painting with the added benefit of helping you create amazing designs. You can get from 100 to 500 applications per rainbow cake.

Directions: Rainbow Cakes are best used with a half sponge or a body brush. Dip your brush in water and blot the access water from the brush on a dry paper towel. To load the brush rub it back and forth across the surface of the Rainbow cake. Make sure to load it equally on both sides of the bristles. If you are using a sponge you can use a spray bottle to wet your sponge, then rub the flat face of the sponge back and forth across the paint to ensure even coverage on the sponge. If your brush or sponge appears to dry, use a spray bottle to add a little water to the brush or sponge only. Do not spray the paint directly as this will cause the colours to blend and bleed into one another. Make sure you are not using too much water or it will also cause colours to blend and bleed into one another.
